These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the services, applications, and platforms provided by MotorHood Platform Ltd. ("MotorHood", "we", "us", "our"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. Description of the Service

MotorHood provides digital services that allow users to voluntarily create, store, manage, and share personal information related to automotive and motorcycle clubs and communities.

All data entered into the Service is provided manually and voluntarily by the user. MotorHood does not generate, infer, or enrich personal data.

3. Account Registration

To use certain features of the Service, you must create an account. You agree to provide accurate and complete information and to keep your account credentials secure. You are solely responsible for all activity occurring under your account.

4. User Data and Content

You retain full ownership and control over all personal data and content you upload to the Service ("User Content"). MotorHood acts solely as a technical storage and processing provider.

MotorHood does not access, modify, analyze, or disclose User Content unless explicitly initiated by the user or required by law.

5. Data Sharing

User data is shared only:

• Between users, at the explicit request of the data owner
• With third parties only when initiated by the user (e.g., vCard export)
• Publicly only if the user explicitly enables public visibility

6. Paid Subscriptions

Certain features of the Service may be offered through paid subscriptions. All payments are processed exclusively by third-party providers, including but not limited to:

• Apple App Store
• Google Play
• Stripe

MotorHood does not process payments, store payment information, or handle refunds. Subscription management, billing, and refunds are governed solely by the terms of the respective payment provider.

7. Data Deletion and Account Termination

Users may delete their data or their entire account at any time using the provided functionality. Immediate deletion results in irreversible removal of data.

Automatically deleted accounts may be restored within 30 days, after which all data is permanently erased.

8. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the Service, violate applicable laws, infringe third-party rights, or interfere with the operation of the Service.

9. Intellectual Property

All software, trademarks, and platform components are the property of MotorHood or its licensors. No rights are transferred except for the limited right to use the Service.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". MotorHood makes no warranties regarding uninterrupted availability or error-free operation.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, MotorHood shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the Service.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Mandatory consumer protection laws of the user's country of residence remain unaffected.

13. Changes to These Terms

MotorHood may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
